Challenge Yourself. Discover Your Character. Become a Jellicle Cat.
Whether you're an experienced performer seeking your next artistic challenge or a young artist stepping onto the stage for the first time, CATS: Young Actors Edition offers an unforgettable musical theatre experience.
Through iconic music, imaginative storytelling, and dynamic ensemble work, students will develop their acting, singing, movement, and collaboration skills while bringing one of musical theatre's most beloved productions to life. Advanced performers will be challenged through deeper character work and performance expectations, while newer performers will build confidence and strong theatrical foundations in a supportive environment.
An Audition-Based Experience Designed to Challenge and Support Every Performer.
No matter your experience level, there's a place for you in the Jellicle tribe.
To ensure every performer is appropriately challenged and supported, students will audition and be placed into one of two casts based on their experience, readiness, and growth potential.
Moonbeam Cast: Beginning & Intermediate Performers
Designed for students who are building confidence and developing foundational performance skills. Students will strengthen their acting, singing, and movement abilities while participating in a fully staged production.
Starlight Cast: Intermediate & Advanced Performers
Designed for performers seeking a higher level of artistic challenge. Students will engage in deeper character development, advanced ensemble work, increased performance expectations, and more rigorous rehearsal experiences while exploring the rich storytelling of CATS.
